By virtue of the law applicable to Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, Rocabert & Grau Abogados S.L. with registered address in C/ Poeta Querol no. 5 pta. 3 of Valencia (Spain) [hereinafter the file supervisor], informs you that by contacting us to request information about our services or by sending us your “Curriculum Vitae” it is possible that you will provide us with certain Data of a Personal nature, which will be digitalised and will be included in the corresponding computer files, previously registered before the competent authority, which is owned by the file supervisor responsible for it.

We collect and digitalise the Personal Data for the purpose of providing our legal services, or if the data in question consists of information about persons who contact us to obtain information about our services, initiating, maintaining or improving a possible relationship, to obtain any information requested about our legal services.

You hereby give your consent for marketing messages to be sent to you by e-mail for the purpose of informing you about our legal services and/or training courses organised by this firm which may be of interest to you. If you send us your “Curriculum Vitae”, we will analyse it for the purpose of selecting candidates with an ideal profile for joining this firm.

The file supervisor hereby informs you that your personal details will not be disclosed to third parties. Should such disclosure be necessary, your consent will be sought and you will be notified of the third party to whom your data is disclosed, its activities and specialisation and the purpose of such disclosure. Your data will be treated with the strictest confidence, however, the user’s consent for handling and assignment of your data may be revoked by applying to the above address.

In any case, the file supervisor guarantees the safekeeping, confidentiality and safety of the Personal Information in international data transfers that may take place because of these assignments.

The file supervisor hereby notifies you that as owner of the data that you have the right to access the file at all times, and may exercise at all times your right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under the terms set out in the law on data protection. For this purpose, a written, signed request addressed to Rocabert & Grau Abogados S.L. sent to C/ Poeta Querol no. 5 Pta. 3 in Valencia or an email sent to  will suffice.

You are also informed that when you connect to our web page, the computer on which it is stored will automatically recognise your computer’s IP address, the date and time of access, the page to which you exit, and which parts of our web page you have viewed. The file supervisor also guarantees the confidentiality of the Personal Data, although Personal Data and any other information in its possession or to which it has access through its systems will be disclosed to competent public authorities if required by the applicable law or regulations. Users guarantee and are responsible for, in all cases, the truthfulness, accuracy, currency, authenticity, pertinence and non excess of the Personal Data provided, and commits to keeping them duly updated.

If our personal data protection policy must be amended as a result of legislative changes or criteria issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency you will be duly informed of any modifications that have been made to comply with the law.
