Miguel Ángel Díaz Herrera

Qualifications

Miguel Ángel Díaz Herrera holds a Licenciate’s Degree in Law from the University of Valencia and a Master’s Degree in Fiscal and Tax Advice from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (1999/2000). He also holds an Expert’s Diploma in International and European Union Taxation (March 2014) from the University of Valencia-ADEIT.

Experience

He is a member of Rocabert & Grau Abogados’ Corporate Department, to which he contributes his extensive experience in the tax and commercial realms. He specializes in corporate disputes, company finance crises and insolvency. He has been a lawyer-receiver since 2004.

He is also head of the employment and sports law areas and advises companies, sports clubs and employees on both employment and social security law. He has extensive procedural experience in courts handling these specializations.

He is a regular contributor to various specialist legal publications and is a member of the Spanish employment law forum (FORELAB).
